For the attention of all teams -
For those of you not aware, there was an assault on a referee on Sunday 31st August during the Andrew Sansom Cup.
The 4th official for the game was attacked & sustained severe bruising to the neck and was taken to hospital. He was released that night.

For those of you who have seen this weeks local paper, the front page/picture is somewhat of an eye opener. the tsfl committee is totally appalled at what has happened.. The league has contacted all referees on the TSFL, to make sure they implement all laws of the game correctly and consistently including the 'respect' campaign launched by the FA.

Hopefully following Sunday's incident all TSFL teams will realise that players and club officials will face lengthy bans from football if there are any further incidents of this kind!

Clubs should also make a point of "chasing" KCFA for fines that they are expecting, but have not been received yet. The system at County is now computerised, and fines are now automatically sent out to club secretarys and unpaid fines are printed out on a Friday, and your club will be automatically suspended, thus losing your fixture that weekend.

The KCFA will now accept card payments over the phone, so bear this option in mind if you receive a club fine.

The fixtures for the opening four weeks of the season are now available, and can be viewed by clicking on the "latest fixture information" button from the main menu.

Clubs are reminded that the home team should pay for the pitch on the day, and ensure they keep their receipt of payment in case of any dispute. Failure to pay for the pitch can result in your club being fined as per the league rules.

For all Self Help pitches you will need to collect the keys prior to kick off, and in most cases a small deposit will be required, which is refunded upon the safe return of the keys after your match.

From next week club secretarys should use the online registration facility to register future players throughout the season. By Wednesday 3rd September each club secretary will be sent a username, a password, and instructions which will enable them to login to the website, and complete the players details in the usual way.

If you have not received your username and password by Wednesday, please contact the TSFL Webmaster.
